I get an error message at Startup: "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." When I click on "To see what data this error report contains", it has the following info. The AppName is explorer.exe AppVer is 6.0.2900.3156 ModName is unknown ModVer is 0.0.0.0 Offset is ffff0197 I get this error message every time that I start my computer.
